Product Introduction
The 3D flexible welding work platform is a three-dimensional, modular, flexible, high-precision, and reusable welding workbench that can be used in industries such as engineering machinery, automobile manufacturing, robotics, shipbuilding, and rail transit. Users can quickly assemble different tooling requirements as needed. The flexible welding tooling eliminates the investment of design personnel in repetitive design and tooling production.
The table top adopts a perforated grid plate form. On the top and sides of the high-precision table top, φ28mm circular holes (system28 series) are evenly distributed every 100mm, or φ16mm circular holes (system16 series) are evenly distributed every 50mm, and dimension lines are drawn at the same intervals. There are millimeter scale lines on the edge of the table top. These circular holes can be used to connect positioning modules and fixtures with various functions. The table top size ranges from 500mm×1000mm to 2000mm×4000mm, and can be combined into any size and shape according to needs. The table top support feet include standard feet, telescopic feet, feet with movable wheels, fixed feet, and scissor lifting feet, to meet various needs. This series of careful designs provides great convenience for users.
The 3D flexible welding tooling is composed of an arbitrarily combinable perforated grid plate table top and various functional modules. The hole diameters are φ28mm and φ16mm. Various functional modules can be added to the table top as needed to form various positioning and clamping functions. In addition to the table top, the modules include right-angle blocks, columns, positioning blocks, arbitrarily adjustable angle blocks, V-blocks, pins, and various quick fixtures and auxiliary modules. The modules are also equipped with φ28mm and φ16mm holes or rods, which can be matched with each other at any position or fastened with pins. Its design concept is ingenious and versatile.
