Assembly platform purpose: Mainly used for the assembly and debugging of power machinery equipment. The surface has T-slots for fixing power machinery equipment. Larger assembly platforms can be assembled for use as needed.
Types of assembly platforms: T-slot assembly platform, scribing platform plate, inspection platform plate, riveting and welding plate, welding platform, fitter platform plate, test plate, assembled plate (also called assembly plate).
Material: Generally gray cast iron: HT200, HT250, HT300. The surface hardness is HB170-240. After two manual treatments (manual annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product's precision is stable, and it has good wear resistance.
Specifications: 1000×1000mm—4000×8000mm, (This product can be customized according to customer drawings or mutually agreed upon production.) Larger specifications can be used by splicing multiple pieces.
Manufacturing standard: Cast iron plate GBT 22095-2008.
Accuracy: According to the national metrology verification regulation JJG117-2005 "Plate Verification Regulation", there are four grades: 0, 1, 2, and 3.

To ensure the dimensional accuracy tolerance of the product during assembly, the surface of the platform should be smooth and flat, and it should be placed horizontally. For larger assembly platforms, they should be placed on a sufficiently solid foundation to prevent foundation subsidence from causing deformation of the cast iron assembly platform. The platform should facilitate the loading, unloading, positioning welding, and other assembly operations of the workpiece. As a reference plane, the cast iron assembly platform has a simple structure, is easy to use, and has low maintenance costs.
