Product Introduction: The fitter's workbench is one of the commonly used equipment for fitters, suitable for various inspection work, precision measurement reference planes, used for machine tool mechanical measurement benchmarks, checking the dimensional accuracy or shape and position deviation of parts, and for precision scribing. It is also an indispensable basic tool in mechanical manufacturing. Also known as a vise, it is mainly divided into fitter assembly platforms, fitter scribing platforms, and fitter inspection platforms. The reason why the fitter profession is called the "universal profession" is that fitters only need to be equipped with a fitter's workbench and some simple tools to work.
The material is high-strength cast iron HT200-250, and the surface hardness is HB160-210. After two treatments (artificial annealing at 600℃-700℃ and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product's accuracy is stable, and the wear resistance is good.
Accuracy: It is implemented in accordance with the national standard metrology verification regulations, and there are four levels: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
