Product Introduction: Also known as a T-slot plate, it is a cast iron plate with T-shaped slots on the surface. It is used as a reference platform for the assembly, debugging, welding, and riveting of power machinery equipment. It can fix mechanical equipment, and special specifications can be manufactured according to user needs. The cast iron T-slot platforms produced by our company, like the scribing platforms, strictly follow relevant national industry standards. They are cast using high-strength cast iron, ensuring not only stable precision but also durability.
Uses of T-slot platform: Mainly used to fix workpieces, it is a basic work platform for machinists to debug, assemble, and maintain equipment.
Material of T-slot platform: High-strength cast iron HT200-300, with a work surface hardness of HB170-240. After two manual treatments (manual annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product's precision is stable, and it has good wear resistance.
Specifications of T-slot platform: 100*100—3000*6000 (Special specifications are made according to the drawings provided by the customer.)
Precision of T-slot platform: Implemented according to national standard metrological verification procedures, with four levels: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
Commonly used T-bolt specifications and dimensions: M20、M24、M30
