To provide large-scale, 1000-ton-level flexible welding tooling for the Construction Machinery Division of Xugong Group Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. This project tooling includes a total of 7 models of 1000-ton-level boom products. The single set of tooling solution provided is compatible with 7 boom models, reducing costs for the user by several times; using multiple standard-sized 3D platforms to assemble a large platform, the user's quality inspection department used a three-coordinate laser tracking instrument to detect the overall flatness, and the overall accuracy of the large assembled platform 6000x6000 can reach 0.5mm, fully meeting the user's requirements for our company.
Later feedback from the using department showed that product accuracy was improved and efficiency was greatly increased, achieving the expected results.
