Provided flexible welding fixtures for large mining truck frames to Sany Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. This project is a set of electrical semi-automatic flexible welding fixtures for mining truck frames. The fixtures are divided into two parts: the inner seam tack welding fixture for the frame and the overall assembly tack welding fixture for the frame. Through multi-faceted communication and in-depth understanding of the product, a new type of fixture was designed that is convenient, practical, highly versatile, and highly precise, which was highly recognized by Sany Heavy Industry leaders and engineers.
There are a total of 9 frame models, and each set of fixtures we designed for them is compatible with all 9 models.
