This project involved a bidding process between our company and a foreign brand. Because the client uses a multi-platform splicing method, leveraging our years of accumulated experience, we designed a specialized connection method for the client. This connection method ensures the planarity of the entire platform, offers a convenient adjustment method, and prevents deformation during later use.
This project platform uses 42CrMo material and undergoes plasma oxidation treatment. According to the quality inspection department of the tenderer, the platform hardness can reach over HV780. The quality inspection department reported that this is HV12 higher than previously purchased foreign brand platforms. They also reported that the foreign brand's connection method was too simple, resulting in collapse-type deformation after six months of use. Believe in Made in China!
